Dr. Lev Pavlovsky has graduated the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev Medical School, MD PhD program, both with Excellency. The topic of his PhD thesis was neurophysiology of stress response in mammalian brain; part of this work was published in Science magazine

He completed residency in dermatology at Rabin Medical Center, and was trained in phototherapy and psoriasis in the department of Dermatology, Mount Sinai School of medicine in New York under supervision of Prof. Mark G. Lebwohl

Currently he is the director of the phototherapy and psoriasis treatment service in Dermatology Division of Rabin Medical Center, Petah-Tikva, Israel, largest department in the largest of Israel's four state-mandated health service organizations, that serves more than 40000 patients a year. His field of expertise is immunobiological treatment in psoriasis. During his work at Rabin Medical Center he has led numerous international clinical trials in this field. He is a secretary of Israeli Society of Dermatology and Venerology association for psoriasis.
